The design is based around the RS-2’s diamond shaped aluminum canister with its maximized internal volume that promotes exhaust flow. Inside the muffler is a straight, single-core baffle that mates up to the stainless steel end cap and a USFS approved spark arrestor/96dB sound insert to give you performance with options. At the front, a 304L stainless steel mid pipe tethers the RS-2 to your header pipe. The seamless fit is finished off with a mounting tab welded—not riveted— to the muffler for a precise fit that is as solid as a rock.
