Ride Engineering split clamps have been designed with four goals in mind: 1) Optimize body position: Bar position 3mm back from stock. Ride Eng. Also offers optional offset bases for their bar mounts providing 4 bar positions as measured from the stem hole: 6mm forward, 9mm forward, 15mm forward & 18mm forward; 2) Flex: this new split design made from 2024 aluminum provides far better comfort and uncompromised suspension action (even better than the triple clamps that come on the 2019.5+ Factory Edition); 3) Improve the handling with a new gull wing design; 4) Place the upper pinch bolts in the front which also improves flex and allows for different aftermarket handguard mounts. Recommended for motocross, supercross and trails/desert riding or racing. Available in multiple offsets and colors, redesigned with a 90mm span to accept the stock bar mounts and mounting hardware.
