The Race Tech ADV shock is one of the best upgrades that you can put on your Dual Sport/ADV Bike! The stock valving and shock springs on these bikes are very soft which makes the bike handle poorly in rougher terrain and become unpredictable when your bike is weighed down with extra luggage. These shocks are custom built by Race Tech with a stiffer shock spring and custom valving using the Race Tech Gold Valves for better performance and handling.
While the stock shock has zero adjustability for compression and rebound, the Race Tech ADV shock allows the rider to adjust rebound to fine-tune the character of the shock to their liking.
