KTM has designed the Flex Brake Lever with a hinged pivot and aluminum alloy body to give you the most resistance to breakage possible.

With these design choices the Flex lever will pivot away from the direction of impact during a crash, moving out of the way instead of remaining rigid and snapping off. When you pick your bike back up, simply make sure the lever is in the correct, usable position and keep riding with fully functional controls. Now you can ride as fast as you want knowing you have levers that won’t leave you stranded after a crash.
