FMF is proving their dedication to two-strokes once again with their new Power Core 2.1 Shorty Silencer. If you ride a smoker, you should expect the 2.1 Shorty to have many of the same benefits as the regular 2.1 including refined power throughout the rev range, easy disassembly for repacking/servicing, and a lightweight construction that’s made from premium materials right here in the USA.

What’s different is that the 2.1 Shorty will have less overall length. That centralizes the weight of the exhaust system closer to the bike and gives your bike a deep, aggressive exhaust note. Having the shorter length closer to your machine also means the silencer is less likely to get beat up during an off. And that’s a good thing whether you’re riding all-out on the track or picking your way through rough trails.
